Family Time

A couple of weeks ago, we went to Iowa for uncle J.J.'s college graduation. It was great to have a chance to spend some time with grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, etc. Kellan got to play with my cousin's baby. Lilly is 3 weeks younger than Kellan so they were a good match to play together. As you can see from the pictures, she was pretty thrilled about it all while Kellan was feeling a little concerned!!

Lola!

A couple of weeks ago we got to meet our new little niece/cousin Lola! I slacked with the photos but got a couple of Kellan with her. He wasn't too sure what to think but he did give her a few hugs, kisses, and grabs to the face. She is such a sweet baby and we can't wait to see her at Sasha's wedding in a few weeks!

New Learning

Kellan has just recently figured out how to climb up into his little chair and get back down without help. He's pretty pleased with himself.

Raggedy Andy

My mom made a Raggedy Andy doll to give to Kellan for his first birthday. He loves his new doll! We have to keep it on the shelf in his room so the dogs can't get it but he points at it when he wants us to get it down. He gives the doll hugs and kisses...very cute. Here he is sleeping with it:

Girls Weekend!

I had such an amazing birthday this year. I got to meet mom, Karen, and Carol in Chicago for a few days of relaxing, exploring, eating, and laughs. We had a great time in the city. Here are a few photos from our trip:
