Ice Skating

Last night we took Kellan and Harper to Louisville.  Our first ice skating experience.  Kellan was a little nervous and kept wanting to know why the ice was so slippery.  He had fun though and I was proud of him for getting out there and giving it a try!

We topped off a great evening by meeting Chris and Becca at Lucky Pie/Sweet cow for dinner and dessert.  What a wonderful Friday night.

Nine Months!

At nine months, Harper weighs 21 lbs 5 oz (90%), is 30 inches long (100%), and her head circumference 18 inches (85%).  She's super busy....as you can see in the pictures below...

Noon Years Eve!

Jaffa had to work Monday, so I took the kids to the Children's Museum for their annual "Noon Years Eve" celebration.  It was super busy but the kids had a good time!  They had a DJ, confetti fireworks, bubble wrap on the ground to jump on, and an official ball drop!

Christmas Eve

Sick Baby

Once we arrived in Iowa City, Harper started getting sick.  We took her to Urgent Care on Sunday and they sent us to the ER because her oxygen levels were a little low.  She had a runny nose, fever, a little cough, and was having difficulty breathing because of it all.  :(

After a few hours at the ER and several nebulizer treatments, she was feeling much better!

Luckily they did not admit us and we were able to head home.  Here's Harper getting a little love from Uncle Chris, Dixie, and Jasper.
